Over the past several years Capacity has provided their professional services for several ground-breaking Government to Government agreements with the province of British Columbia and Canadian Federal Government. These agreements (shíshálh Nation & Lake Babine Nation) represented a ground-breaking collaborative approach in recognizing Indigenous title and rights. Also, these models with Capacity’s involvement & professional support provided a standard for First Nation reconciliation agreements to create long-term reconciliation, self-determination and economic prosperity for First Nations.
